Removal from the Registeral from the Register

 

( 1)  The Council may remove from the Register the name of any member of the Institute-

      (a)  Who is dead; or

      (b)  From whom a request has been received to that effect; or

      (c)  Who has not paid the prescribed fee required to be paid by him;   or

      (d) On his being found disabled under Section 8 of the Act or who for any reason, has ceased to be entitled to have his name borne on the Register of Members.

      (e)  On passing of an Order for removal of the name under Section 21 of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980.
