It is a proud moment for Kota Chapter as Candidate Harshit Jain secured First rank at Rajasthan Zone level in CS Olympiad Exams which is first time held at all over of India. A prize distribution ceremony was held on 12th May 2017 in DAV public School Kota. A cheque of amount 10000/- and a certificate with medal given to Mr. Harshit Jain. Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Kota Chapter of Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will be held at its office B-382, Talwandi, Kota, on Sunday 25^th day of June2017” at 5.00 PM to transact the following business(s):-

· To receive, consider and adopt the Report of the Management Committee and Audited Accounts for the year ended 31^st March, 2017.
· To Appoint Garg Ankur & Co., Chartered Accountants, Kota as Statutory Auditors for the year 2017-18 and fix their remuneration.
· Any other business with the permission of Chair.
