To make services much easier ICSI is now on a Single Grievance Redressal Portal.
ICSI has a standard process to provide monitored support to lacs of stakeholder on 24*7 basis. Hundreds of stakeholders use the same on daily basis. Each and every query on our portal http://support.icsi.edu is accounted for and time bound closing of each query is important for Team ICSI.
Once the complaint is closed and if the stakeholder still needs further clarity he / she have the option of re-opening the query or call the support desk 0120-4522000 (during office hours) with the query / complaint number (received by the stakeholders on his / her mobile) . The unique complaint / query number enables the support desk to identify the stakeholders and the team in your Institute which has closed the query and to connect them. This standard process eliminates the stakeholders to run here and there with their queries and remains the single point of contact since 1st March 2018.
