  • Dear Professional Colleagues, Pune Chapter of WIRC of ICSI is pleased to announce a webinar on “PIT Regulations: Disclosures And Implementation” as part of Capital Market Week Celebration. Capital Markets are an important source of financing for the corporate sector and thus are vital for economic development. For leading the discussions, we will be having the gracious presence of: CS B. Renganathan, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. 1. The members desiring to attend the webinar shall be required to register first by filling the form given in the link with complete details as per the records of the ICSI i.e. Name, Membership No, Email, Mobile no. 2. The web link for the webinar will be shared with up to 300 registered participants on first come first serve basis. All the participants shall be required to attend the program in visible mode (video mode on). 3. CPE Credits shall only be granted to the members attending complete series. 4. CPE Credits will be awarded subject to maximum of 8 unstructured CPE Credits for all such webinars. 5. The webinar will not be recorded in any manner. The web link of the program shall be sent only to the registered delegates and persons. The Members are not allowed to post or circulate the link of the program on any portal or internet or social media or to the members in any other manner. 6.
