  • Dear Professional Colleagues, The Pune Chapter of WIRC of ICSI is pleased to announce a webinar series on enhancing core competencies during the months of January – March 2022 and the webinar will be conducted on the topic “Overview of ICSI Secretarial Standards & ICSI Auditing Standards”. The Secretarial Standards enables better supervision, monitoring, disclosures, and transparency to stakeholders and equips them for more healthy interaction with corporates whereas Secretarial Auditing Standards deals with basis and manner of carrying Secretarial Audit. With a view to understand and overview both ICSI Secretarial Standards and ICSI Auditing Standards, this webinar series is organized and for leading the discussions, we will be having the gracious presence of : 1) CS Ramaswami Kalidas, Partner, BNP & Associates - Co. Sec., Mumbai & Member of Expert Committee of ICSI on Secretarial standards. Topic- Overview of ICSI Secretarial Standards- Friday, 4th February 2022 At 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. 2) CS Raghavendra Joshi, Partner, Joshi & Joshi - Co. Sec., Pune & Member of Expert Group of ICSI Auditing Standards Board. Topic- Overview of ICSI Auditing Standards (CSAS)- Saturday, 5th February 2022 At 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.Registration shall be closed on 4th Feb 2022 at 2.30 PM. CPE will be awarded to all the participants who attend both the webinar(s).
