  • As you are aware that every year on 15th June, the Institute celebrates achieving first milestone of the Profession, it was when the Company Secretaries in Practice, were accorded recognition for certifying the Annual Returns under the erstwhile Companies Act, 1956. This commenced unfettered journey of the profession of Company Secretary in Practice, which has over the years grown leaps and bounds reaching new heights of success.
