As you are aware that every year on 15th June, the Institute celebrates achieving first milestone of the Profession, it was when the Company Secretaries in Practice were accorded recognition for certifying the Annual Returns under the erstwhile Companies Act, 1956. This commenced the unfettered journey of the profession of Company Secretary in Practice, which has over the years grown leaps and bounds reaching new heights of success.
We are pleased to share that it has been decided that all CCGRTs, Regions & Chapters shall actively be engaged in the week-long celebrations of the PCS Day. The PCS Week shall be celebrated during 16th to 22nd June, 2025 across all CCGRTs, Regions and Chapters. The theme for this year celebration is “Dynamic Regulatory Landscape: CS @ Excelling Strategies”. Accordingly, ICSI Indore Chapter is organising a program in the form of panel discussions on following sub-themes:
• Secretarial Audit and Annual Secretarial Compliance Report
• Opportunities under Taxation Regime
• Expanding Horizons: Leveraging Various Opportunities
